Airport Xpress accepts cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Credit cards have an additional fee of $3.00. Base rates are for 1 or 2 passengers from the same location. All prices are ONE WAY. Add $5.00 to the base rate for each additional passenger. Maximum of 4 passengers per mini van. Pick ups GOING TO any airport or location between the hours of 10:00 pm and 6am a $20.00 surcharge applies. Pick ups FROM any airport or location between the hours of 10pm and 6am a $30.00 surcharge applies.

Please give 3 HOURS NOTICE on all cancellations. Airport Xpress will charge the customer the full cost of the fare if proper notification is not given on a cancellation.

Airport Xpress will abide by the e-mail confirmation sent to the customer. If the information is incorrect and the customer does not notify Airport Xpress about the incorrect information, the customer will be charged the full cost of the fare.

If there is a delay with pick-up at the airport due to lost luggage or a delay in retrieving luggage, or any other reason that delays the driver for more than 45 minutes after the plane lands on domestic flights or 1 hour 15min on international flights, there will be an  additional fee of $ 5.00 every 15 minutes.

Drivers will be on location for pick-ups on all incoming domestic flights 30 minutes after the plane lands and 45 minutes after the plane lands on international flights. Please call if you find that your flight will be delayed for more than 1 hour.

• *A $20.00 SURCHARGE* will apply to and from  Washington Dulles Airport during rush hour traffic MONDAY-FRIDAY (6:00 AM-9:30 AM) & (1:30PM to-630 PM).
• A $40.00 surcharge will apply to and from DCA National Airport  during rush hour traffic MONDAY-FRIDAY (6:00am-9:30am) & (1:30pm-6:30pm)
  
• ​*A $45.00 SURCHARGE* will apply for all pick-ups to and from Downtown Washington D.C. during rush hour times.
